Fox News

Fox News draws a neighbor set built almost entirely from TV personalities, journalists, and politicians — not other news publishers. Similarity here measures how closely two entities' audiences resemble each other in composition; a score near 0.84 indicates a very tight match.

The shape is flat: the top 10 scores run from 0.8444 down to 0.8333, a spread of just 0.011, with no single neighbor pulling away from the pack. FOX & friends leads at 0.8444, followed immediately by Lindsey Graham at 0.8441 — a TV show and a politician separated by a rounding difference. FoxNewsInsider at 0.8428 is the only other News Publisher in the top 10; the remaining seven neighbors are split among Politicians (Newt Gingrich and Mark Meadows, both 0.8392 and 0.8377), Journalists (Ainsley Earhardt at 0.8392 and Martha MacCallum at 0.8346), TV Personalities (Eric Bolling at 0.8374 and Sean Hannity at 0.8333), and one Political Group (GOP at 0.8346). Politicians, TV personalities, and journalists together account for nine of the ten neighbors, with no other news publisher appearing in the top 10 besides FoxNewsInsider.

The flat, tightly-banded cluster suggests Fox News's audience shape is defined less by the news-publisher category it belongs to and more by a specific ecosystem of on-air talent and political figures whose audiences are nearly interchangeable with its own.
